Staycation: Day One!

Today officially starts our staycation. WooHoo! We had planned to head to a local state park but when we walked out the door it was starting to rain. After a few minutes of discussion we decided to head to Lakeland to visit the children's museum.

The kids had a blast running around and playing with all the different play areas. We had planned on a picnic lunch but since it was raining we ate in the truck then went back to the museum for more play time. It was a great day despite having to change our plans last minute.
