Pictures...

Our Pastor on the floor playing with our kids. Best. Pastor. Ever.

A story from one of Josiah's reading books was about a little boy reading a bed time story to his siblings. Josiah thought that was a great idea and asked Michael permission to read a book to Joanna before bed time that night. It was so sweet to listen to them.

The kids got to go visit my parents before church one night.

Josiah got to tag along with Michael to a meeting and got to pose for a picture with a drum set.
That same day Joanna got to spend the day with Mrs. Kelly. She LOVES Mrs. Kelly because she gets to wear her shoes. :)
The kids at work with Daddy.

The kids love going to the library. I never realized how much I loved going too until I became stuck "in my cave". haha
Josiah also got to read to CoCo the therapy dog that day. Michael said he was too excited and wanted to tell the lady and dog a story between each word he read. hahaha
The library ladies also had a picnic day for the kids.

These are just a few of the pictures from the kids adventures this month. :) I hope to post some more whenever I feel up to it.

Project 1 John 4:11- February

February has been an insanely crazy month from strokes to seizures, a back thrown out to fractured vertebrae, colds and a broken arm. My family has been thru the wringer. Several things had to be put on the back burner so to speak.

One of those was Josiah's project. Because we were unable to do what we had scheduled I talked to Michael about doing something small for the Gospel 90.3 radio staff. They are in the midst of their annual Restorathon. It is a very long and tiring three days as they try to raise the budget for the year.

We kept it simple but it was still cute. We made a special tag that said 'Gospel 90.3 is awesome' and attached it to a can of A&W rootbeer. Josiah wrote all the staff names being sure to use a blue marker for the boys and a pink marker for the girls.
Joanna and Josiah passed the cans out to the DJ's and the secretaries on Thursday.
Josiah told them thank you for playing great music and especially for Patch the Pirate. haha :)

We are thankful to be able to be a part of a ministry whose outreach is local and worldwide. If you would like to be a part of keeping Gospel music and preaching on the air you will definitely not regret it!
